COVID-19 Update: Shipment of Orders

Our hearts go out to all those that have been personally affected by the Coronavirus Illness. We realize at this time virtually everyone has been affected one way or another. We wanted to inform our valued customers that we are currently open for business and shipping products daily. We will adhere to our local shelter in place requests. If and when this happens, some shipment may be disrupted. We currently have multiple warehouses we ship from, two of our warehouses are located in California and Texas. If either of these locates are temporarily closed and your shipment is affected, we will contact you immediately and provide shipping dates so you can decide if you’d like a refund or wait for products to ship. We appreciate your patience during this difficult time, but its our goal to communicate quickly with our customers and advise you if changes to governmental policies affect your purchase.

 

Payment Policy

We gladly accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal payments through PayPal’s easy & secure checkout. Please note: You do not need to have a PayPal account to check out. EBay will direct you to the PayPal payment page where you can then enter your credit card information without requiring you to set up PayPal account. When checking out, please double check that the address you would like to have your order shipped to is the address showing as the ship to address. If you see a different address than the one you want your order to be shipped to, just edit the address to your desired ship to address

If for some reason you need to cancel an order you just placed, remember, your order is important to us and will be processed immediately. If you happen to change your mind after payment is confirmed, our team will do our best to stop the order, but The Crannies cannot guarantee the cancellation. 

 

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders within the Contiguous US - 48 states with no hidden fees.
At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and internationally. Shipping internationally is not our specialty and many of our products are heavy making international shipments cost prohibitive. We can ship anywhere within the Contiguous US for free and you can find a freight forwarder. With multiple fulfillment centers nationwide, most items are delivered within a few business days.

All items we sell ship for free within the U.S. Orders usually ship the same day orders are placed or the following day (Monday-Friday). All items that we ship have a tracking number. We do ship many heavy items (50 lbs. or more) so for freight shipments, please allow additional prep time as we try to secure the best delivery service in your area, but please note that we require a phone number for freight delivery. FREE curbside delivery for all freight shipments.

We ask that you please provide a physical address for your order so it arrives on your doorstep safely and soundly as we cannot ship to APO/FPO/PO box addresses. Our team will ship your order to the PayPal verified address provided, so any address change request made outside of PayPal is not guaranteed. The Crannies ships with UPS, FedEx, USPS and other contracted freight companies.

For international customers, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Duties/taxes paid will not be refunded on returns for refund.

 

Returns Policy

We understand that returns and exchanges can often be a hassle. That is why we try to make things as easy as possible for our valued customers. If you need to return something, we will happily accept your return for a refund within 30 days from the date you purchased it. In the event it is more than 30-days since purchase, we can exchange your item(s) so that you can find something else you'll love. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Non-defective products must be unopened to be eligible for return. For all returns, the customer must assume shipping and handling costs back to our facility. The Crannies will pay for shipping exchanges back to the customer. Please note: Non-defective opened computer software and video game software may not be eligible for return.

Call 657-355-9995 or email service@officecrannies.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). In your email please include the reason for the return. Please ship the product back to The Crannies with all original parts. For prompt processing please include the RMA number on the shipment.

Submit return request via the eBay Returns Portal.
Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.
Select the reason for the return.
Please ship the product back to The Crannies with all original parts.
